MATT Walker fired Lowerhouse Under 15s to the title of Lancashire champions.
He hit an unbeaten 24 and grabbed bowling figures of 2-10 as Preston were beaten by eight wickets.
And the side will now travel to face the Cumbrian champions in the next hurdle of the National Knockout later this month.
After getting off to a hard-hitting start, Preston slumped from 34-0 to 68-8, thank to fours wickets from Tauqeer Razzaq.
And he then hit 17, with Max Howells adding 18 with the bat, as Lowerhouse cruised home with seven overs to spare.
