Padiham man set to be sentenced after admitting assault charge
A Padiham man is awaiting sentence for assault, after an incident in the town.
Christopher Brown was bailed until a hearing on March 17th, by Burnley magistrates.
The defendant, of Morley Street, Padiham, is banned from entering the Kings Arms pub on Mill Street, Padiham.

Hide AdBrown pleaded guilty to assault by beating, following the incident on January 31st.
The 30-year-old, who also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge imposed for being drunk and disorderly, had his case adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
